The Panasonic HS900 possesses a 3MOS System that literally gives you picture-perfect quality. The 3MOS sensor has a three-sensor configuration that delivers 7.59 million effective motion image pixels (2.53 mega pixels x 3). The sensor splits the light passing through the lens into the three primary colours—blue, red and yellow—and individually processes each of these colours to give unmatched colour quality and detail in everything you shoot.

When it comes to still images, Panasonic HS900 delivers 7.89 mega pixels (2.63 mega pixels x 3 ), for pefect photographs every time.

The touch operations mentioned earlier are somewhat incredible. “Touch Zoom” allows you to slowly zoom on to the subject using your hand. “Touch Shutter” automatically focuses on and captures a still image of the subject when you touch it on the screen.

Any drawbacks or negatives?
Well, the only drawbacks I found were the size and the price of the Panasonic HS900. It is obviously a bit larger and bulkier than some other camcorders by Panasonic, especially after adding the optional 3D lens. This might be a problem for those of you who are looking for a much more compact design. Secondly, it is a bit pricier than most end-user camcorders, but then it is not the only pricy model by Panasonic and its competitors.
